What is Reflexology? Reflexology is a gentle,
non-invasive procedure in which therapeutic (manual)
pressure is applied to the reflexes of the feet or hands,
causing a neural stimulus to be transmitted to the
corresponding organs in the body.
Physiologically this stimulation activates various
processes within the body, including:
- A general detoxification
- Neurological stimulation (which activates the
healing process)
- Increased circulation of all fluids
- Relieved congestion and ultimate rebalancing of the
organs functions
