• A Reflexology treatment excluding travelling costs is R200 (subject to an increase at the start of each new year).
• Travelling fee is R20 per every 10km travelled.
• Trudi will design a Reflexology package* to suit you and your staff’s preferences.
• Trudi is a ‘travelling therapist’ therefore she will bring all equipment necessary, you just need to provide a suitable venue for the Reflexology sessions.

*Corporate Packages will be calculated to include the treatment cost, travelling costs and rental if applicable.

What to expect from a Reflexology treatment…

• The first Reflexology treatment usually lasts 60 minutes as a comprehensive medical case history of the client is taken first. (In terms of our ‘Scope of Practice’ and Regulations of the Allied Health Professions Act 63 of 1982, Registered Therapeutic Reflexologists are required to record and maintain complete, accurate and factual case history records).
• Once the case history has been recorded the client’s feet are cleaned and the treatment begins with a warm-up routine of foot stretching and muscle relaxing techniques.
• The ‘Reflexology’ treatment begins with thumb walking techniques and therapeutic pressure on reflexes in the toes. The treatment begins in the toes and progresses down the feet to the heels and the ankles, vis-à-vis treating the body head to toe.
• Finally the Reflexology treatment is concluded with a foot massage and a controlled breathing routine to promote relaxation and begin the lymphasizing process which will facilitate the detoxification procedure.
